Nourishing yourself is about more than what you eat.
It’s about creating simple, consistent habits that support your energy, confidence, and overall well-being.
You don’t have to change everything overnight. Small choices—repeated daily—can lead to meaningful, lasting progress.
Begin with Your Mindset
How you speak to yourself matters. Instead of focusing on perfection, focus on progress.
Start each day with gratitude, set a positive intention, and remind yourself that taking care of your health is something you deserve. Some days will be easier than others—and that’s okay. What matters is continuing to show up for yourself.
Hydrate Every Day
Your body depends on water to function at its best. Begin your morning with a large glass of water and continue drinking throughout the day. I like adding a small pinch of Baja Gold mineral sea salt to my water for added minerals and electrolytes—especially on active or hot days. Adjust the amount to your individual needs.
Prioritize Protein
Protein helps support muscle, strength, and satisfaction between meals—especially as we age.
Build your meals around a quality protein source and add colorful vegetables, healthy fats, and nourishing carbohydrates. Depending on your individual needs, a helpful goal may be approximately 25–40 grams of protein at each meal.
Simple protein choices include:
Eggs, Greek yogurt, or cottage cheese
Chicken, turkey, fish, or lean beef
Beans, lentils, tofu, or tempeh
High-quality protein shakes (I have this every day)

This is where supportive nutrition becomes a simple daily rhythm. The Feel Good 30-Day Reset is designed to help you build consistent habits around protein, nutrient-dense nourishment, hydration, and realistic meal choices.
